POLENTA CON TARTUFO

Our polentas have been prepared with the utmost care through an accurate selection of the ingredients: particular attention is reserved to the choice of the raw materials used, such as the instantaneous maize flour, a best quality product without OGM, which flavor is exalted by the balanced mixture of aromatic herbal and the dry vegetables which are added to it.  This combination gives to our specialties food a delicious taste and is also quick and easy to prepare.
