TASTING NOTES:

• View: intense ruby ​​red.
• Nose: fruity notes of jam, strong notes, plum, cherry and strawberry, spicy, vanilla, pepper and liquorice notes and vegetables such as balsamic.
• Mouth: full-bodied, pleasant and elegant, dry and persistent.

APPELLATION: Vesuvio.

VINEYARD: situated on the slopes of Vesuvius, with the unique characteristics of volcanic soil and microclimate charming.

GRAPES: Piedirosso.

AGEING: 12 months in Allier barrels. 3 months in bottle.

PREPARATION: vinification in steel.

WINE PAIRING: pasta dishes with tomato sauces, mushrooms, roasted red meats and cheeses.
