The grapes are de-stemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks, and refining takes place in the bottle for a month. There is about 3g/L residual sugar.

Tasting Notes: Straw yellow in appearance, on the nose it is intense and consistent, offering floral and yielded persistent notes of citrus fruit and pineapple.
In the palate, it is full-bodied and elegant, dry and persistent. Balanced and harmonic thanks to the equilibrium between the feelings of freshness and softness.
