Chapter 5 – Marche IGT Trebbiano – ANTONIO AND VITTORIA

Production area: Ripatransone and surrounding areas.
Wine varieties: Trebbiano toscano.
Average yield per hectare: 11/12 tons of grapes.
Organoleptic characteristics: Pale yellow color. An intense fruity floral aroma with notes of white flowers and yellow-fleshed fruit. Flavourful and easy to drink.
Vinification: Cryomaceration of grapes, soft pressing with must decoupage and temperature-controlled fermentation. Maturation ‘sur lie’ for at least three months.
Serving suggestions: Appetisers and seafood dishes.
Serving temperature: We recommend serving at 10/12°.
