VINIFICATION & AGEING:
5-month fermentation and aging in still thanks, finally, the wine will repose in the bottle for about 2/3 months.
light yellow with some green reflex.
first taste flavors of yellow flowers aromatic herbs.
mineral and silky taste, fresh on the palate, elegant acidity.
the ideal combination for fresh seafood. Excellent as an aperitif, especially with light and creamy cheeses.
