Principally a blend of Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, and a small percentage of Rondinella.

Color: ruby red with light garnet.

Aroma: scents of preserved sour cherry, cherry, fig, and balsamic notes of aromatic herbs with sweet spices.

Taste: full-bodied, smooth tannins, good acidity.
