SOIL: Medium texture soil with a tendency to compact, interspersed with limy tufa.
YIELD PER HECTARE: 85 quintals.
CULTIVATION SYSTEM: Espalier Planting density: 4.000 -5.000 plants per hectare.
HARVEST PERIOD: the Second Decade of September.
VINIFICATION: In red with maceration on skins.
FERMENTATION TANKS: Stainless-steel, 150 hl. capacity.
FERMENTATION TEMPERATURE: 25 – 30°C.
AGING: Refining in stainless steel, followed in the bottle.
BOTTLING PERIOD: Mid of January.
MACERATION PERIOD: 5 /8 days on skins.
