MICROCLIMATE: Rainy winters with moderate temperatures, and dry hot summers.
SOIL: Medium texture soil with a tendency to compact, interspersed with limy tufa.
YIELD PER HECTARE: 8 tons.
CULTIVATION SYSTEM: Espalier.
PLANTING DENSITY: 4.000 – 5.000 plants per hectare.
HARVEST PERIOD: Early September.
VINIFICATION: In red with maceration on skins.
FERMENTATION TANKS: Stainless-steel, 150 hl. capacity.
FERMENTATION TEMPERATURE: 25 -30°C.
AGING: Refining in stainless steel, followed in the bottle.
BOTTLING PERIOD: Early February.
MACERATION PERIOD: 5 /8 days on skins.

BOUQUET: Intense, with an accent of red berry.
TASTE: Full well balanced fine structure and persistent.

FOOD TO PAIR WITH: Red meats, roasted meats, braised meats and seasoned cheeses. Serve chilled wine with white meaty fish dishes.
